A fully revamped Subaru WRX STi has received upgraded safety features for 2016
Subaru WRX and STi models were comprehensively redesigned and restored in 2015 models, but the Japanese automaker and
boxer engine lover has decided to further refine them by offering the most modern safety features for the 2016 model.
The
Subaru WRX and STi models have received safety upgrades and several new features to satisfy its fans. A smaller wing is about to be offered on the STi however the latest version will hit the dealership in summer. The Cheapest STi will be available from $34,695 with an increase of only $200.
The WRX is real fun to drive but with premium and limited trims, customers will get 18-inch wheels and summer performance tyres. Subaru also offers the most admired 6.2-inch Starlink display and infotainment system.
This system includes a rear view camera. However, the models have navigation system with seven inch display. WRX is slightly safer than other Subaru’s because it offers
EyeSight system with adaptive cruise control system, pre-collision braking system, lane departure warning system, lane keeping assist system but it is an option on the limited edition with the CVT.
New features include navigation system, upgraded radio system, key-less start and steering responsive fog lights.
This package will be available from only $4,095. Same trim with the six speed manual transmission gets a similar package along with several safety techs.
The most heart touching change that has been made in the new STi model is the tiny boot door which is available at no extra cost. The aggressive saloon without big wing on the tail is also available to buy.
