Subaru WRX 2013 240R is the Fastest Subaru Yet
February 3, 2013
The 2013 Subaru WRX STI 240R is the fastest WRX produced. As the Mitsubishi has stopped the production of Evo, the WRX STI remains the only four wheel driven performance car available to buy. The turbocharged 2.5L engine for Subaru WRX STI 240R returns more power and torque than the standard version. The Subaru WRX engine for sale also has a throaty note, thanks to the new exhaust system. The WRX STI engine truly wakes up at 3000 rpm when the turbocharger becomes active. The car has a sound road grip and firm body control that keep the car stable at bends, however, the steering is not as responsive as one expects. Inside, the Subaru WRX STI is stuffed with cheap materials which is such a shame because even the Renault Megane, that costs half as much, has high quality materials let alone the similarly priced BMW M135i. There is enough room for four adults, however, large sized adults might find themselves a bit stuck. The boot space is quite small, however the rear access is much better than other rivals. The Subaru WRX STI 340R is offered in both five door hatch back and four door saloon versions. Both of them cost £29,664 to buy.
