The all-new 2015 WRX and 2015 WRX STI reviewed
February 17, 2014
Things can’t get better than an updated 2015 Subaru WRX STI. Subaru has announced that WRX STI is coming to the US. Why is the price so low even though model is a brand new one? U.S. and Canadian buyers get to benefit from the falling Yen compared to the U.S. Dollar which has allowed Subaru to offer the new performance car with new upgrades but keep the same price for base models. The new rally-bred saloons arrive in the U.S. with better performance. 2015 WRX gets a new 2.0-litre 4-cylinder, direct injection turbocharged Boxer engine that now produces 268 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. It also features a new 6-speed manual transmission or optional Sport Lineartronic. The 2015 WRX also features a new torque-vectoring system that works with the standard symmetrical full-time All-Wheel Drive and stiffer chassis that delivers better stability, and improved high-speed cornering and handling. Both models get upgraded suspensions, tuning and new Active Torque Vectoring. Each features a roomier cabin with upgraded comfort and materials and a wider array of user technologies. A Rear camera now comes standard on all models.
